Clean Beauty Brands

How to find clean beauty brands

There are thousands of beauty and personal care brands in the world, and many of them claim to be ‘clean’ or ‘natural.’ How do you know which claims are actually legitimate?

When researching clean beauty brands, the first thing I do is scroll down to the bottom of a company’s webpage. Ingredient and sustainability information, if shared, are usually found in the footer menu. Transparency is key for clean beauty, and companies that are centered around clean, sustainable ingredients and ethical business practices make it a point to highlight this information. When companies do not share this information, or make it difficult to find, I take that as an ominous sign. This quick check makes it easy to filter out companies right away. If they don’t prioritize transparency or sustainability, I move on, because there are plenty of amazing companies that do.

Use the information and resources provided on the Clean Beauty page to make informed decisions about your future purchases. Listed below are some great, accessible beauty care brands.
